This is a test.

100 yard gallon waterjug shot with the Yukon 2 ... 58 caliber.

And ... 200 yard shot with Yukon 2 ... 58 caliber. You can see the slug in the air. I was surprised you could see it for so long. That was just 30 frame per second video. But I just grazed the water jug and knocked it down. At that distance though, the 469 grain slugs would penetrate the hard OSB backer AND the 2 by 4 post holding it up ... very easily. BTW ... 4X shotgun scope was painted to mimic the "burl" finish of the steel. So - the shooting was done with 4X.

I think it's mostly camera off to the side that made the slug track seem so high. Of course, it was a 469 grain airgun slug ... so ... there's was trajectory.
