It's not quite complete, but I think you can take it from here.

This is a version of a knife I made around 1975. This one is far better. take a bow. But, I thought it was time to bring it out again.

The "Barnes Concours". $675us. All hand carved by Barnes. Brass and Stainless.

Drop your marker here please.

Gary.

SOLD SOLD SOLD

BTW. The "black" in the grooves is Buffing compound on this knife. I didn't clean it as I'm not quite finished. Mention it because it's not uniformly dispersed and I didn't want you to wonder.

A few more Pix. The case is polished inside. The Serial Number, date, and Signature are engraved inside. I've also fashioned the back spring to present an integral chain ring mount.

Hi Kurt,

Thanks much.

I plan to send a few knives with a dealer to some upcoming shows.

I've been keeping things "in house" here. But it's a big world too.

Thanks very much. I'd be happy to have you show things around. I might target that.

I understand your words well . I think your choice is sound and wise . People might not even know your back in the knife saddle and better than ever ! I go to a lot of gun/ knife shows and mostly there are guns and then the Locational knife builders selling there wares . Then there's the collectors just showing there collection of Buck knives . I've never been to a real knife show but I'm sure it's quite an experience . I always show them my Barnes but they're more interested in selling than even handeling my Barnes knife MD 97 ! And let me tell you I don't hand my knife to many people . I've NEVER even dropped it .

Thanks
Kurt

Hello Rick,

Congrats on your purchase! That's a fine knife. When you receive the knife, the first thing that you will notice is that the pictures don't do justice to the beauty of these knives. That will bring a smile on your face. I hope that you enjoy it.

Hello,Julio,
Yes that happened to me with my first knife the "Skeeter tusk". I can only imagine how much better this one will look in person as well.
