If you notice my classified ad it has your post which says you have not seen the rifle in years and do not know the condition.
I do not expect you to certify a rifle that you know nothing about and have not seen in 15 years.
I will also include this post in my ad so potential buyers can read what you say and you are held not responsible or liable for anything.

I understand you neither certify the condition or operational well being of this particular rifle....
