A few pics for the three or five which were intrigued by the stamp art. You'll see a big block of stamps I've made thru the years. You'll see tiny detail in the small name stamps. Those letters were "acid etched" in relief .... in the mirror image, one to one ratio required. Done in hardened tool steel.

Some of the letter stamps are carved by hand ... such as the grouping with the "SAFE" stamp.

Can you tell what the last one says? It was for a very, very early pistol.

That's quite the collection.! Makes my eyes hurt just thinking about all those hours over a magnifying glass
and having to think backwards to boot!

is that last one 1200lb max?

1,500 PSI MAX ...... correct.
