Sure thing. We'll get your kayak haul'in trailer back to you. Bummer about it being held up, but there's now a place to offload it. Tractor arrives Friday. Got a fella coming Wed. to bid the spray insulation. Of course, I can put things in a heap in the middle of the floor. I'm sure they can spray around that (unless they use stilts like the dry wall guys - ever seen that? Strap on stilts that let them just walk around normal while doing ceilings and high work. ).

whatta you bet the very first thing you do after you get stood up on those stilts is to drop something important?

Here in Biloxi, the Margaritaville casino is hiring for entertainers to wear stilts and costumes in the bar to perform for guests while they eat etc. Can you imagine the workman's comp insurance for that! How do I know they are doing this, well one is seeing me after falling during "training". Guess he doesn't make the cut. Parents tell your kids to get some practical experience, like stilt walking, to prepare for the new economy.

That's right. Up here ... the legislature is hell bent upon putting a Casino at the Baltimore Inner Harbor (now they are calling it the National Harbor). They approved 5 casinos last year in Md. They've only built 3 so far. But - to listen to the radio ... THE most important issue facing Maryland is approving this 6th casino. In fact - they called a special session of the legislature to approve it. They claim it will produce an enormous number of new jobs ....

Like ... stilt walking, I guess. Kitchen staff, serving jobs, cleaning jobs, cigarrette girls, valets ... all the really fine career occupations. I can see where the stilt walking gig could really prepare you for higher things. Finishing drywall, for instance.
