You guys are missing the companion movie that goes with this. Shows the accuracy testing of the 62 smoothie and the 25 insert. Next thread or two .... "HAWG Accuracy Testing"

Hi Cedric,

Well, you got a bunch of views. The numbers would indicate they all missed the accuracy movie though.

Hi Ced ...

Now ... make sure you don't let on that "I" made it. Don't want to ruin it for those boys. Maybe they won't recognize me in the clip. Tell 'em it's Willard Scott. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Now that's the way to do a 300% power change! No one can argue that that's not a squirrel and deer gun combo. Only thing that would be quicker would be a drilling. Almost the same as traditional drilling combos shotgun (smoothbore) and small cal rifle. This one at least one better by shooting an accurate slug out the shotgun barrel in the same axis as the rifle.

Way to go Gary!

Hi Kent,

Glad you like it! It is neat as fly hair ...

The drilling got me going there. Now - how about a Drilling with an insert ... or two? NOW we're getting somewhere ... heheheh.

What pressure were you you using? The .62 seemed quieter than my .62 carbine. To bad it would be a major overhaul to convert mine. Wanna trade even.smiling smiley dory

Hi Dory,

Was shooting 3,000.

Your barrel is longer. Most of the difference is the camera sound shutting down the sound blast. Can't get an accurate sound from it. Can't have folks wearing ear cups at the computer ... heeheh. whistling

No, don't think I better start retrofitting all the completed pcs. just yet. Got enough torches outside the castle gate as it is. grinning smiley

Well, If you ever open the castle gates, I'll be there, in my tent waiting. Just open them slow so I don't get run over by the thundering herd. Dory

I think even I could operate that convertible! I've seen posts on other sites lately from guys wanting to get their guns so they can shoot squirrels or yotes. Naturally, they want big power but not when shooting the squirrels. Hmmm, how do ya think that could be done with one gun? Weights

Excelllent movie Gary! So when you've just downed that huge stag with the .62 rudolph you can quickly swap out the barrel and knock over that little bunny rabbit that came over to see what all the fuss was about....I like it!
