Part of the group of work I took in when asking for your help through this chapter, was a series of casting molds for a couple of folks.

The 4 molds are all cut. I did two of them twice, actually. Very early on, one of the set of mold blocks got ruined. Bummer. Then, late into the process - the last multi-cavity mold had a snag. I worked thru it. Measured it and it seemed perfect. But just knowing I'd had the trouble made me make the whole thing over. So that was a total of 6 mold block sets with guide pins, and precision milling - just to start.

Now I'm milling the grooves to accept the handles. That involves rough cuts then finished size milling, drilling, tapping. After this, I make the sprue cutter plates - with hardware.
