This is all Jewelry Grade Aluminum. They are light in weight. They are totally handmade in my Studio. Kelly helps me in quite a few tasks to get these to the table. Even in the photo set-up. The wires for the earrings are handmade here from Sterling Silver.

The bracelets are a "spring hoop" hook and eye catch. You just flex the band onward a bit and release the hook from the eye. For this reason, the top can be detached from the hoop, if desired, and put on another panel. . The hoops are "hammered work hardened" aluminum. Yeah - you "can" bend it, but you are trying if you do. If so - just flex it back to the desired spring tension.

BTW. Earrings are more work then you might imagine. You make two - of course. And you must make them opposite - and symmetrical copies of the other. As well as the ear wires.

For many of the bends, the alluminum must be annealed. Otherwise, certain bends would break. To harden the metal, it must be hammered - just so. And hammered with highly polished tools.

There are dozens of things to know to make these simple appearing items.
