Here are before and after pictures of our rennos.

Replaced the hot water tank while they reworked the floor. Old tank was rusty and fell apart as the plumbers took it it. They figured that in less than year and it would have dead. I paid the difference for quality vinyl floor that should last a long time.

Contractor should be done this week. Now wife wants to paint and I need to add new teleposts.

Nice work! Looks great, I did a boat load of remodeling in 2013 and I'm happy to be done with it. Of course the list continues to grow....

The floor looks good, or at least NOW it does.
