I had every hand tool dragged out. Parts for this project all over the shop. I couldn't avoid it. And ... Now it's complete. A FULL day to get it complete. I turned it on, and the air flow caused the Onion Dome to start spinning and venting! Yay. It should be quite helpful.

And, for the Cooking Channel Followers - "Chicken on Brown Rice ah la Kelly".

I like it. I love the bread board looking manual shut off, I bet it works perfect, I know it makes a better seal, and is better than a valve way up high in the pipe that you cannot see if it is working or not. I had a clapper valve fail (closed ... what else) and I had to take down most of the pipe to replace it.

Ten minutes well spent .. I would take me that long to find a marker. I hope you get the glass out of your skin.

I bet dinner was as good as it looks and it looks really good.

Usually, for myself; I use paper cups, tape, and paper clips. I keep stopping to look at it and touch ... Real WOOD!!!! . I'm not worthy!!!
