I always liked fine cheese and now I have a perfect knife for cutting it ! My new stag handle proto type is the perfect tool.
Here is some smoked cheese and beer that I had for a snack last night ! I love my new knife !

That's a Model 97 Stag Prototype. I showed it as I built it.

Sambar Stag with inlaid brass slugs/hard mounts for the moving parts.

That is the proto type stag handle Gary made . No liners but inserts in all the key places . I didn't get a great picture of the knife but it's a sweet blade . The detent of the knife clicking open and closed is amazing . If you were setting across the room 15-0" away you could hear the lock up when opening or closing . The shape is great with tapered handle . It IS my new favorite .
