I wanted you to see the future a bit, so I've laid up the parts for a pic. Drs' permission - honest.



The long knife is Cable Damascus. German Silver soldered guard. Cold Spun Copper Furrel. Elk Tip Stag.

The model 97 features Hand Cut and Ground Abaloni Pearl and mirror High Carbon SS blade. The knife hasn't been "blended" and polished so it will look a bit "cardboard" here - it will appear far more sleek when complete.

Wanted you to not count me out. When I was a very young Cabinetmaker, and I needed a section of "Clear Pine", I'd cut it from a carefully drawn pattern "between and around the knots." As a mature Craftsman, when I need to complete an heirloom; I've found that "There's good hours between the pain."
