After barely 40 years on the job, the belt on my grinder began to slip. It’s cracks were highly visible. Even my old trick of a shot of spray glue on the running belt only sufficed to tear the fabric cover off as it stuck to the pulleys.

$15 for a new Kevlar belt??? Really? So, I can hide behind it in a Skirmish??? Great. Well, it better last another 40 years or they shall hear from me!!!

Do you think the blue is ok with the green Barnes built grinder? Blue belts ... are we Savages now??? Ahyyyeeeee.....

Nice Belt, I like the Blue color! I like the oil caps on the pillar bearings, that's old school ! I thought idler pulleys were supposed to be spring loaded to make changing belts easier, but since you only do it every 40 years why make things more complicated !
