We traveled all day yesterday to meet with my Specialist for Appointment, and Back Injection.

I'm in the shop today.

I hope it worked. I'm still struggling with my back from the car wreck in February. I am also supposed to get some shots as soon as the dang insurance companies work it out. Sheesch, what a mess! I never had a back injury before and now I completely understand. I'll keep praying for you. You have turned out some beautiful work lately in spite of all.

It's an important part of living with injuries, to feel that there's at least a small group of people who see you as having some worth. Especially as time wears on. We've talked before. You have a "reasonable" length of time to heal. Master martial arts. Then come back stronger and kick butt. That's the script. Don't tell me your injuries are permanent. That they impede your performance. "Ain't nobody got time for that!" It's not hard to find a bunch of P-O'd people today. You have three minutes to entertain me, or I'll find somebody who will. It's brutal to try to share anything with any complexity.

I pray for you too Jeff. Now, most times I use a different name for myself, when I pray - (Try to make sure none of my mo-jo splashes over on your prayer. Wink.). Kelly will scold me for that one .... best thing you can do is have her pray for you.
