I’m cleaning up the lists of parts required for this Outrider 50 Caliber.

I’ve just single point lathe threaded the barrel stub.

There are a bunch of these lists. This one is coming well. At BPS, a Green Dot means the Part is here and waiting for a Larger Heating to apply to the group. A vertical stripe means half of a set is complete. A Green patch means the Part and applied operations are COMPLETE!

I checked with suppliers. Seem they are OUT of this Custom Barnes hand wrapped special purpose Spring!!! Ha

Stay in touch. This is one of the projects that keep the light on. I’ve switched over from steadily making knives. Doing my best to make a lifetime of Interesting Toys.

Thanks for Reading

Hey Gary,

Looks look a long list of things that need to happen to build this rifle. Hopefully things go well as you need to "keep the lights on" smiling smiley

That's some clean threads. Nice recess for the o-ring. Looking forward to seeing another gun completed.

Thanks Pedro,

That’s the back cut for the threads to terminate. The O Ring is inboard of that groove. The O ring sits within the component valve bodies. Keeps the full wall thickness at any pressurized area and prevents the threads from being pressurized.

Thanks for stopping. Thanks for commenting.

All our Best,
Gary
