Day 11,
Migraines from late morning thru evening, every day; all last week and so far every day this week. Sure bends your day and twists your concentration. Sorry I haven’t had detailed posts. It’s been difficult.


One of my projects is a nice 97A (Automatic). I milled some 440-c to make 5/32” stock.



Working my way thru the series of specially cut pilot bits to get superb accuracy.



On the back porch, there hangs a little sheet metal and wire Whimsical Monkey. At night, two little lizards curl up on its wire legs. They seem to know us. Make no attempt to scurry away. They just sit and listen as we talk to them.

I knew there was somethin about the first pic.... I didn't figure it out until I read about the lizards near the end. ;-)
I'm glad to see your able to get some work done. Those blades look like they will get nice homes in great knives.
I wish we had a way to make the distracting pain go away. Keep up the good work my friend.
