The No ... it’s “My Turn” to use it tonight.
ITS THE ONE WE ALWAYS REACH FOR
We have one of these in our kitchen knife block. And it the one both Kelly and I, reach for before all of the others. There’s about 6 others so we have choices.
It’s a stainless blade. It’s ground on “one side”, to a Chisel Edge. Then I ground in bold serrations. It cuts really well and holds up well. You may think it cuts like a saw, but it doesn’t. It’s a great fruit, bread, meat, frozen food, cheese and more knife.
The handle is Barnes Fossilized Skeeter Tusk. Feels good to the touch. Interesting to look at. Always feels warm.
The blade is just about 4”. I’ve made a few. Around .063” (1/16”) to about .080”. Either works well. Remember, it’s ground one side so you can line it up real nice for your cut.
A custom Barnes Handmade Knife to last your lifetime and the next owner’s too. $200. WHATTTTT!!!!??? That’s right ... two bills. I had a customer tell me once that “ a hunert dollar bill was about as close to working for nuthin as he could imagine. He wasn’t bragging. He was commenting on how far one goes today! With everything going crazy up ... hope you appreciate me keeping prices down.
Ok. Who will step up? Get yourself a “My Turn” Knife!
Drop your Marker Here. $200 plus $9.45 for Uncle Sam’s Truck. (His prices rise, mine haven’t).
I’ll be watching.
