Just a collection of .25 groups shot with the Maverick Magnum or with Barnes slug designs through a Sumatra Carbine.


These groups were shot back when I got the Maverick Magnum and was trying to find the "best" slug. Turns out that there are several great slugs...


These groups were shot at 25-30 yards. I was changing fill pressures and checking slugs and shot strings.


I shot this group when Gary and I were working the .25 slug design. We did not decide to market this design but it sure shot fine out of my Sumatra!


Another group with the Daisy Cutter slug.


This group was shot with modified slugs of the design we decided to market through Surefire. I thought I'd see if they would fly if I drilled them out to be hollow points. The results were great, no flyers. Too much of a pain to make to market though...


These were regular 6 ring slugs going through test. This showed we had a high performance design Barnes and Surefire could offer the public.
