wow it's been quiet here. You working on a secret project? Something new for the gunroom? inquiring minds want to know! steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Gary, i would never consider shooting the 32 mag in the basement. ive got a friend of a friend whose got a 500 acre farm..... thanks for the tip on the splash plate. sounds like a great idea and i'll be able to collect the lead after. steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
not an entry door. the basement was redone back in the day when they used the cheapest materials. really didn't notice any difference in sound. i think the stray was my son.... haha steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
well the advantage of shooting in the basement is i can control who's down there. only one entry point so i feel it's the safest place with my rws 34. only problem..... i forgot to make sure the filler in the cardboard box hadn't settled. the results as you can see on a cheap interior door.by watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
I hope to be opening a package too.... eventually. contrats on your acquisition and please .... more pics steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Gary, thanks for the reply.... gets quiet around here. Did you recover from your trip to the post office? steveby watchman - I'm just sayin'
your kidding.... you didn't take the day off? steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
anyone else watch that show with Roy Underhill? I remember it airing years ago when everyone liked watching Norm Abram, but i always thought i would rather watch the guy who not only made furniture with hand tools but also made the tools. weird huh.saw it last night and at the end he said something like" keep your mind clear of impure thoughts" ! steve btw, never did use the english chiselby watchman - I'm just sayin'
thanks Gary, I noticed him on the edge on the woods the other day... and now he's getting alittle more comfortable. we've had a large number of turkey's in the area.... was thinking maybe a hawk will go after one? here's a better pic, i hope.by watchman - I'm just sayin'
on my back deck today..son took this on his phone. turkey vulcher?by watchman - I'm just sayin'
bravo, well done. last one in particular......... i was grinning when i heard the sound and saw that "flash". well done emily.. steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
well, it's late bout 11:35 and i've had another pot of coffee and a sandwich... the cookies top it off before i go to bed. i understand your post and recall " friends" who would try to steal a tasty deal right out from under me. in my own shop no less. steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
oh, i figured you weren't closing but curtailing the "fun stuff". too bad you couldn't have a protected members area..... not that you don't have enough on your plate. Stick with it, there are honest and appreciative people out there. steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
yea, pity.gonna ruin it for the rest of us.... no more goodies from Gary.... I will miss the Fun posts and I'm sure Gary will miss producing them. steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
don't know much about wood but it looks nice. is that rifle based on an antique? what's the ball made of? steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
for the size, those fox are kinda creepy looking. we had one near the garage awhile back and it seemed to have no fear. didn't seem agressive and looked pretty healthy but my presence didn't seem to matter. he finally took off but they have a matterfact glare that makes you think twice. oh and the middle one in the photo is a real looker...... steve why am i up so late?by watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
should be an exciting weekend. i can't wait..... now i gotta go save my plants from the frost! love this time of year. steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
very nice, thanks again. really enjoying these videos. poor easter bunny... can't you put fangs and claws on him? the kids would be terrified if they saw what you did. steve btw, what would be a good size rod for a 32? 7.something mm?by watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

i was .... joking about the antenna phone. but.... for years i didn't have a phone and it was ony the time a pin slid out of my " mechnical fuel pump" on my old car and left me stranded 5 miles from home that i decided to reluctantly join the crowd. my updated is the flip phone.... funny story, when i tried to answer my wifes phone which is a modern whtever you call it. my kids were cracking up wby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
flip phone? mine has the antenna that you pull out for better reception. hahah steveby watchman - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
