This was our holiday 2015. We bought this pc. of London Broil for today. It was a great thick chunk that I sliced into two steaks. We grilled it over wood and charcoal. Baked potato and homemade coleslaw. Yummmmm.

Other then that, we worked all day. That was a very nice splurge.

I met with some other lost Americans and we had some imported hotdogs and some Hamburgers at a friends house. It was nice.

Mmmm steak. BBQ them once so far this season.

I have the week off. We went away for 2.5 days to Lake of the Woods. See something different. May post in my own thread soon.
