I spent Sunday shaping and sanding Sal's Stock. Coming along. thumbs up

Even with the dust system running, it can't catch everything off the grinders. Dust is an inch thick in the sanding room!!!

I'm about an hour to six weeks away from applying Stock oil to your stock. Hopefully tomorrow will be more "linear" then today! Haha.

Looks fantastic, each step is a step closer. I'll be happy to bring it back to BPS for a shoot in the future as well. smiling smiley

Sal's stock is in Oil. I'll build it up to a nice sealed and mellow finish. It will oxidize and richer with time.

Wow! Beautiful grain showing on this stock. I hope to see it assembled and shooting soon. Nice work Gary! I'm sure that Sal and his sons will enjoy this rifle. skeetshooter with bench rifle
