The Skeleton Milling and the full edge to spine Grind has given the knife blank a great balance.

Very neat. Is this something new or built this type before?

What type of scales are you planning? Mosquito tusks? Phenolic? I am sure it will another great build.

Hello Pedro,

Good to hear from you.

Planning Camo Skeeter Tusk and Short Bolsters.

I've done a whole bunch of types. Not just like this though.

Should be very solid and well balanced.

Thanks Pedro,
Gary

seems a shame to cover up all that precision milling work in the handle area, maybe you could some translucent resin or a transparent polycarbonate scale to show it off

Hi Sean,

What precision millwork? That's just a stock removal job for balance. Thank you, but any precision is just force of habit. thumbs up

I'll bet when you buck up logs for the wood stove, they're all exactly the same length even though you don't measure. chainsaw

Sean
You might be onto something there with the clear acrylic handles . If Gary machined out a BPS as the weight reduction and covered it with clear handle , BAM oh but you could only read it from one side . HUH ....,
A lot of the newer knifes out are skeleton style metal handles . I don't mind the look but it's not for me . You really couldn't beat the ruggedness of it either .

Thanks
Kurt

The handle doesn't look big enough for a first aid and fishing kit. Saw teeth are next right.stunned

I'm looking forward to these Gary.
