I just wanted it to be technically usable. Wanted to carry it for Christmas. It's far from finished, but I've used it a lot!!!

Merry Pocketknife Christmas!!! What is Christmas without a Pocketknife!!!!

Enjoy.

Gary.

See that little hole in the Ricasso? (Ricasso is the flat unground transition area between the blade bevel and the handle). I'll put a Thumb Stud in there to wind the blade open. thumbs up

Really nice Gary, that locking mechanism is really cool. The knife has a primitive feel/look to it yet cool design. Keep it plain Jane or someone will talk you out of it lol!

Hummmm. You are right Sal! Haha. thumbs up

This is a very neat design. I call it a "Saddle Lock". I can't claim invention but I've added my innovations. It's more technical than it looks. Quite a few things to pay attention to, if you want to have it operate well. I lost one much like this to TSA maybe eight years ago.

Glad you like it, Sal.

Soon, I'll make some on stabalized BPS WOOD!!!

Stabilized wood is nice...but not as nice as the material used in this knife! Just my opinion of course...whistling

Merry Christmas!
