We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with Friends or Family, or whomever needs a Friend today. God Bless.
I’m grateful for the week we have had. Our Grandson, Chance; has spent the week with us. He and Nana have been busy cleaning up deadfall branchesand transporting them to the burn pit. I replaced a mallet shaped branch he’d “Worn out - ha” with a fresh one that will take some whacking. He’s flailed the tar out of everything with it. Give a boy a club and he’s happy. Needs no batteries. Haha.
We’ve worked on some Christmas presents. I bought a bunch of sheet metal working tools at a sale in Pennsylvania about 40 years ago. This one Patented November 12, 1867. Here a mere 151 years later ... I’m using it to make Christmas presents for my Family.
Probably 35 years ago, I made an rough copy shop project experimental Spring Crossbow. A proof of concept idea. Never knowing my Grandson would enjoy shooting it, with his Nana ... in Florida!!! We had a great time. Note in the pic, the streak of the arrow leaving the bow.
I’ve enjoyed fine dinners. After my long painful days, Kelly puts a lot of care into her special menu items. Here we grilled bbq chicken thighs over a wood fired grill. (No, I didn’t eat all that in one sitting. A Baked Sweet Tater with Stewed Tomatoes went extremely well with the Chicken. Yummmy.
I have a fine feline friend these days. “Sydney” is a big help, as you can tell.
I’m grateful for the projects under build and the ones recently shipped out. I pray there will be many many more to come.
I am Blessed, and Grateful.
Thank you for reading and for extending your friendship and support.
Gary
