Making a couple of things today and then we’ll be firing. Front barrel clamp. Breech slide stop.

It’s going to be a handsome rifle.

In the third pic above, (just under and behind the base of the new stock’s pistol grip), you can just see the buttstock of my Grandson’s Red Ryder BB Gun. Two of them sit tucked into the frame of my 20 Ton Shop Press. Smile.

It’s an oil finish Pedro. Developed for stocks. Ages well.

Took me two days of 45 minutes here and there to get rid of shavings, wood dust, debris. As you know, these projects don’t materialize in a nice clean booth. Well ... not in my shop. Ha.
