This is a great personal pocket knife. A fine knife to mellow with you as decade’s pass.

The natural bone (which I cut and ground from the clean dry shank) was shaped, sanded, dyed, and polished. The pics show a “Chatoyance” (French origin - “Cat’s Eye”) shine.

The case is hard, tough aluminum with interior thrust shims custom made to prevent wear or Ricasso scratches. The spring is dual tapered for a sweet action. Yes, it “walks and talks” as a traditional “Slip Joint” is supposed to. Blade is well centered. Cam points are correct. Heat blued polished machine screws hold bone scales.
