This Elegant Model 97 is going into its finishing phases. Those phases are tedious but the result will be beautiful.



That’s is Mammoth Tusk. Sanded - not yet polished to bring up
It’s luster. The case gets Relief Carved.



Ahhh ... the Wooly Headed Carver’s Moth, Just emerging from its Cervical Traction Chrysalis. Or ... wait .... good grief how did THAT get in there ....???

That’s the style of my very first Barnes knife and my daily carrier . I can’t say enough about that blade style and design and how I’ve enjoyed showing it off . I feel naked when it’s not in my pocket .
