A long, hard day!

A long, hard day!

I spent a very long day. It actually went fairly well. I didn’t hurt terribly. Any time I can get in as much work as fighting pain, it’s a decent day. Today, I got in “more”
work then pain! Right ... if I knew what I did correct ... I’d do that every day. I have found one thing I’ll tell you. Maybe it will help someone else. Fact: meds mess with your sleep. Often keep you up if taken too late. However; I’ve been bone tired most nights anymore. Nearly too tired to make it to bed. So that got me thinking....

Maybe I had some “Sleep” in the bank. So, I’ve found I could tolerate some med at bed, and here’s the good one .... “take your morning med 1 1/2 - 2 hours BEFORE you get up”. It’s not a problem if you are a senior man with chronic pain. You’ll wake over and over during every night. Example: Move your 6:30 routine to 5am. You’ll go back to sleep. Might be your best sleep all night. And you’ll wake with a bit of a head start. It’s helped me. I hope it helps you. God knows we need it.

Here’s what I’ve worked on for 13 hours today. That was the “touch up”.

We will check it tomorrow. I hope it was time well spent.
