In shifting thru shop drawings, I ran across this design. From 12/06; I liked it. One morning Kelly turned on shop lights for me. She mentioned how she had seen and loved that drawing from 06! The card with the drawing was still on my desk. That was it. We agreed to make it, and work it into my products.



Hope you like it too. It will cover the entire lid for the Liberty Case Design. I had to make a Carved Tool Steel Die. Had to Harden and Temper it. Create a carrier frame to place materials during press work. There is a LOT of investment before I can make the first preliminary test strike. I’ve finally gotten to that point.

Just an off record comment ... it’s been a trying time lately, keeping up with my physical/medical needs. We are on the task, but it takes time and has side effects. Thks for those of you who have expressed empathy. It’s appreciated.

More to come regarding this die set of tooling.

I echo Keith’s posting, a great design and be nice to see stamped into the cover of the nickel steel.

I know you are struggling and hope you can find things that work to relieve the pain so that you can continue on making product.
