We have a nice Liberty Case in Oak Motif going out. These are a lot of work. I enjoy them, and it rounds out the interesting things I make. I hope you have enjoyed seeing them, and I really appreciate the Gents who picked up a Liberty Case. This will be a regular stock item in a variety of designs. Remember the “Expedition Cases” of years back.

The tight detail pic was from a phase prior to final buffing. The surface is etched to receive a background dye in the mild texture. The artwork is then selectively buffed to let the high spots reflect and the rest be in shadow. It creates depth.
