These are a few of the New Die Struck Barnes Pieces. I hand carved/engraved the Master Die from which the main body of each piece is constructed. These are a Jewelry Grade Aluminum Alloy. I often use this because it remains bright and clean. Sterling Silver, on the other hand; quickly turns dark with oxide. This Alloy is also quite light. A great mix of features.
1). The Cross. The face of the Cross Pendant is 1 11/16” tall. It’s lower tip hangs 2 3/8” below the top of necklace. Very nice hand forged Bail. $50 Give me $5 towards shipping and I’ll get the rest.
2). The Horse. The face of the Horse Pendant is 1 3/16” tall. Lower rim hangs 1 7/8” below upper edge of necklace. Textured handmade Bail. $50 Give me $5 towards shipping. I’ll cover the rest.
3). The Hummingbird. The face of the Hmgbd. is 1 1/4” tall. Lower rim hangs 1 15/16” below top of chain. Forged/textured Bail. $50. $5 toward shipping.
4). The Boots. The face of the WESTERN BOOTS Pendant is 1 1/4” tall. Lower rim ... 1 7/8” below top of chain. Forged Bail. $50 plus 5.

I want to show some closer detail. Anyone who has seen the actual work ... perhaps with magnification, has been very pleased. Let’s see how this batch of photos transfer ... These Pendants are far more work then understood. Please just consider the work of hand engraving/machining one of the several tool steel Dies required to imprint the artwork.

I don’t think my hand grip would even be good enough anymore .

Thanks very much. I really hope there will be subject matter that everyone can enjoy.
It’s a unique situation when I realize all the skills, Artwork, and effort that go into these smaller items. Realize they’ll last forever. And I just want to see them out in people’s family. I can’t hardly sell the work under fifty dollars. You can’t hardly buy a Twenty dollar bill for Fifty dollars anymore. I really try to make my work reasonable, and pay a few bills on the way.

Can I answer anything for you regarding these heirloom pieces? Those who have “Gifted these” to loved family members ... how were they received? Have they become favorites that you see often?
