Life after Moving? Or ... Beginning Organization.

Some quick pics. I have a more or less functional cut and assemble station (for wood) at the lower shop. Pic as I locked up this evening.

Quite a few of the stationary power tools have been placed in position. Hard to get a real bird's eye view of the layout. This will do for a start. I expect to find some part of the plan to require adjustment, but this seems logical to my experience.

I did not have the luxury of a step by step occupation. I had to move everything into the buildings, and THEN attempt to build, alter, and fit out the spaces AROUND the items. I would have needed another 50% of floor space I never intended to use; in order to stuff the tools and machines out of the way. Since every operation expands to fill any available space, I need every cubic foot I've acquired.

Despite all efforts, most items have now been handled at least four times. Move to load, move to unload, shuffle to gain space to work, move to finally place in desired position. It is an exhausting process.

Quite a few things are now snapping into place. Some of the tools and maintenance choices are proving themselves worthy. The tractor was worth every penny. As was the chipper. Both are actually stress relief tools as well. I'm preparing the grounds so that things will be easier to maintain. I am finding that I feel better down here. Thanks for reading.
