We were notified that the buyers accepted our Counter Offer. It's a go for the sale of the Maryland home.

It's really been very little trouble. Gives you a good feeling when a plan comes together!

Kelly is taking me to lunch at the local Diner. Just a couple of crazy kids!

We arrange for the list of things to be done. Family and friends coming to Thanksgiving Dinner. We have to continue this path of supporting both places, doubling up on taxes, utilities, expenses ... thru the end of the year. So we very much appreciate the help of our friends who have picked up a pc. of work from the first run of BPS.

Looking for a good New Year.

We are seriously ready for the next chapter. That will mean a lot less items for open sale, and they will be priced as appropriate. I've gotten some very nice notes from the friends who have taken advantage of this unique season of available work. After closing - I will be able to devote time to the phase we anticipated over a year ago. The Outrider 50/25 Series will be completed. Ill get out the organized, wrapped, labeled parts - and complete the ledger work.

Thank you to the ones who stepped up and bought some immediate product. I'm going to need you to help me thru the year's end. Then, the real image for BPS will be realized.

Woohoo! That's truly great news . . . very happy for you guys that you're finally able to move past that situation.

MD doesn't make it easy, do they? We will be moving our NE presence to a more business friendly, politically sane state at some undetermined point in the future, but I've got to stay within easy reach of DC for now. Gettysburg would be phenomenal, and perhaps even eastern WVA.
