I think you asked about handle material before Kurt.

My mind has been spinning over that.

I could go the natural route, because everyone loves that. HOWEVER; any natural material moves. And, none of them like water.

Now, I’m thinking of Fossil Skeeter Tusk. Now, that hasn’t been appreciated as much as it should. If people are buying BARNES, then you can’t get more Barnes or handmade. You CAN buy sixty five million Bone, Stag, Leather Washer Handle Knives. And, Skeeter Tusk should well resist water. I’m thinking of a stacked handle, Tusk Camo, Tusk Black, Tusk Spacer Combination.

And a Kydex Sheath.

Boy Gary that should make a big impression on the owner and anyone standing down range too! Fairbain, who taught the SAS knife skills and developed their fighting dagger, encouraged knife handling drills which would flash the blade to "win" the fight before it began by intimidation. That looks like it should win start to finish chainsaw. I like the stacked look and the tusk may be just the ticket for tough under fire.

Hi Kent,

Win before you have to wipe it off on your pant leg, huh? This should do!

Thanks for your comments

I'm afraid that blade is going to be too pretty to do anything but hang on a wall.
You should make sure the handle is just as pretty!

A start on that guard. Nickle Silver

And a start on the Composite Handle Material. “Camo Fossil Skeeter Tusk”.
