Heads Up !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I happen to be looking at the used guns over on Airguns of Arizona's web site and guess what I saw. Looked like a heck of a deal to me and figured somebody over on this site might appreciate a heads up. Just scroll down and click on USED GUNS. Here is the link:

That's a Tundra 45 of some flavor . . . maybe a Tundra Mag? Cecil Whiteside had one with similar stocks he was trying to sell for awhile . . . maybe he did. shooter with bench rifle

I know Gary will be thrilled to support this one . . . whistling

That's a Tundra Magnum 45.

The price is about 40 cents on the dollar of it's value. That's even less if it were mint.

HOWEVER: Please keep in mind. I have not seen the gun for probably seven years or more. Therefore; I don't know what it needs. And, most importantly; I can't drop everything to fluff it up for you. There are too many fine folks waiting for their work.

Bottom line: I will accept it and would restore it. I don't consider that I'm obligated to return it to it's original condition for free. If there had been anything on the gun that had failed, I'd have heard about it long ago. So; any work I'd do on it would be at shop rate. And, when I could get to it. Expect a year in my shop before return.

It was an amazingly accurate rifle. I actually made it for myself, in order to demonstrate at the first Standing Stone Festival. I did that. And, a gentleman had to have it at the show.

thumbs up

If the buyer pays the shipping costs, I'd be happy to take the gun and do the testing required to determine the best slug/mold for it and provide a complete test report including groups, velocities, best fill, slug BC etc.... smiling smiley

Hmmm...

I'm going to be in PHX next week, dealing with my father-in-laws medical issues (recent stroke). Might have to make some time to stop by and check it out, if it's still in stock. I remember visiting that store back when I lived in the area, it was actually located in a tire shop! The guy had a "range" set up where you just shot right over the tops of the tire machines, while the guys were out working in the bays!. I hope they've got that sorted out, at least.knucklehead

Hi Rotorhead,

Good luck on your trip to Phoenix. The Tundra model is one of my favorites.

At that price this is an offer hard to pass.

Please keep us posted.

Well, I just thought I'd take a look again. And, I see it's not on the link.

Not sure what that means. If somebody bought it, I hope they enjoy having it.
