Hi Neil, I'll have to watch my back ... .... Thanks for the tip! Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
This reminds me of the current trend for 48cc motorbikes around here. You CAN transport yourself on one. You CAN use it without license, insurance, and tags. But .... do you really WANT to? Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
HI Jim, Good with me. You get it through the town council. With the "set back" regulations and zoning rules in town, about 90% of the homes, carriage houses, and sheds in town ... would never have been built. The 21st century's idea of Utopia, has been imposed upon a Victorian town. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Yeah ... I'll bet you do .... hahah. Hey - the bird seems to have left. Perhaps it's the matter of "Death from a Thousand Cuts". I dusted the thing a couple or more times. Perhaps it finally figured it could build elsewhere. Or - maybe one of those pellets found it's mark .... later. Anyway ... the car got washed, and the armor plate put away. We live to fight another day. Maybe I'llby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Ever heard of this one? I tried to e-mail UPS. Good luck if you ever try that! From screen to screen to screen to screen .... anything to prevent you from actually being able to type in a message and number. Example: You click "package" ... and you get another pull down list of "was it round, square, rectangular .... etc." You pick square ... you get another pull down list of "was it brby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Gunker. Carving steel is an order of magnitude more difficult than any wood. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Peter, Thanks for the offer of the loan. I appreciate the help. I sure could have used it. As you can see ... THIS is no NORMAL bird. It's E-V-I-L. And this is after it was washed clean once before. And ..... I've tried to level the playing field a bit .... .... by laying out the welcome mat (I mean steel plate). No sooner had I got back in the shop, than the thingby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

My bad. No - actually it was just sent their normal ground ... but most of my suppliers also just use ground ... and I get very quick service. No biggie ... I've just been making a laugh out of it .... but it is now getting to be silly long. Should be here. It was supposed to be 22 miles away this morning, and "out for delivery". Maybe the truck had a flat. haha. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
BTW ... this was AFTER Kelly had put out a fake OWL by the cars, had hung a fake Woodpecker on a perch out there, and had hung out a reflective pan, AND cut some spiral paper thingie to hang out. You simply would not believe the mess this one bird has made. I hosed the cars off this am, and simply could not believe it. If the entire bird were full of ..... it still could not produce such a mesby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
My nerves are a wreck .... it's that CURS-ZED BIRD!!!! Kelly's been telling me of this madd bird (a Robin) that's been attacking our cars. Well, it had been attacking her Van, and my truck. She said it looked like it was trying to "get in the window" ... and sitting on the mirrors. Sitting .... I left the "H" out. This bird, I figured must be the size of a good sized cow. Because the carby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Kent, Actually ... it's not a PC ... haha .... didn't you say you got an Apple? Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Kent, It's STILL not here. The tracking said it was out for delivery this am. It's a crap shoot. Spent for fast arrival - it usually doesn't. Take the default version, it usually gets here early. Buy fast for one item, default for the other .. get the cheap one first. ;?) This time ... I may never get it. UPS hates me. On another note ... do you know how embarrassing it is toby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Yeah ... like all the little nanobots they're gonna have driving around thru our blood systems. Can't wait. I know they have 3-D printers. But, can't wait til they print out a nice rock hard ball bearing for movable parts. Or, of course, they'll most likely just use super chilled superconductors and mag lev joints throughout. Burrrr .... I can feel a chill in my veins already ... Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

Now Common Jim .... You think there's just one old guy slowly pushing a broom thru these vast warehouses all weekend? UPS overhead is probably two hundred and eighty six gazillion dollars a week. It's a 24/7 world. They don't pull out the extension cord on the whole thing two days a week. They're just being ..... mean ...... Follow-up ..... Heck Kent, Lon once told me his gun had air in it from being filled at a Standing Stone event (2 or 3 years previous!). Man, you shoot something like that and the curse of the Mummy will get ya. ;?) Gary Before I decided to get into airguns, I read "Wooden Boat Magazine" for about 3 years. I just Allllllmost built a frame/mold with which to make bent wood and canvas canoes. Jim, I never allow the shop to freeze. It hovers at 40 F at night in the winter. No ... you can't let compressors freeze. There's always some water residue in filters, etc. Shop compressors accumulate water in the tank. I never let then freeze anyway. Hey - what are you saving that enormous basement for? Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Neil, Thanks for the post. Absolutely beautiful scenery, as always. Sounds as if you had a fine day! Garyby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Watched it again. Saw this ... Hey - isn't that your Fox Squirrel? It's mocking you ... out of season. haha. Heard this ... "Tell me a boat full of lawyers just sank" .... hahah. Chuckle ... now why would a Doctor find that humerous? hahahah. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
BTW ... you've mentioned your "Shooting/Garden" shed. Mentioned having the compressor out there, etc. Unless you are going to heat the place in the winter, you can't have a fill station or compressor out there. Maybe that's your plan anyway ... but freezing temps, compressors, and tanks, etc., doesn't work. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Buy the Bauer. "Alternatives" are always a disappointment.by barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Very nice Kent. I knew you must be up to some manic exercise. ;?) The Kayak is stunning. Really fine work. Good thing you have something to fall back on. Love the veneer work ... really nice. Glad the Grizzly is getting out. Looks good. I think the mahogany is coloring up already. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Beautiful place. Boy ... I'd love to have some space like that to shoot. You are fortunate to have access to that. Thanks for the post Peter! Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Well! That was dramatic. The reappearance of the top of the container was unexpected. haha. Very good. I like your video edit skills. Fun. Garyby barnespneumatic - Video Library

Thanks Griffin, Wish I had more time and energy. There's soooo many things I'd like to make. And so much more detail I could add. However; it seems 2/3 of our lives are spent just trying to get things off our back, so we CAN work. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
