Gary, The solid black seems to change the shape and look of the knife in a really good way. I cannot stop looking at it. I think Kelly was right on her price what ever it was. Larryby LarryinAsia - Gary's Galleries

Gary, Sorry, I live in Asia. I don't even have a yard. But I have never seen you make something I did not wish I could buy or even hold. Wait are those 2017 Dollars? hmmmmmmmm? Larryby LarryinAsia - Gary's Galleries
Gary, Both look great the Dagger is wonderful. About dropping things...... Kurt and Gary, I started eating with plastic Fork and Spoons and wear Steal Toe Flip flops just in case... I saw a couple of quotes that said "I thought getting old would take much longer!", and "Getting old is not for sissy's" Trust me I get it. Take care, Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, No trophy rats yet but I lost my net to an attack of shrews that chewed through a wire. You know the rat looking animal but it has teeth like a tiny cat, sharp fang like in the front. These are smaller than a full size rat but big. I used rat traps and got 7 in 8 nights. They eat worms, insects, and my internet cable it seems. Strange place. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Still here in Asia, fun, sun, beaches, and being retired. Pellet gun is rat tuned and working great. Great looking art coming out of the shop. I check here everyday. Be safe, Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I knew that one would not sit in the box long. Great knife and I hope you had a great dinner. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, It is ART. But I think "luck" is not as big a factor in your work as it is in most. I think you know what you are doing. Luck is always a factor in everything we do. But the wonders you produce may contain some lucky bits but they are not produced by luck. I am stunned that Mammoth tusk is still around and can be worked like that and look so stunning. Luck? I have lots. I bby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Cannot wait to see WOOD PLUS. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, It is not about just growing your own wood... It is that you not only want to grow it.. You want to make it better than wood. High standards. ha ha ... Cannot wait to see it. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, You are right.. Like I solder at 20" away.. NOT.. I am at 10 inches like you said. I am going this week these glasses are shot. For anyone who solders, here I can buy real lead solder the good old lead. The lead free stuff is like a welding rod compared to real lead rosin core. I guess getting caught with this in the USA is a felony now.. ha ha .. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, If you google it like did the caterpillars look small, but really nasty like you should flatten them on sight.. scary. But it says they eat mostly bad bugs and do not eat leaves like most caterpillars of moths and butterfly's. So Win and Win.. When I had my greenhouse here I paid kids to get me live local ladybugs, praying Mantas, and some spiders. I also raised 30 tadpoles of a tby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, The cute insects are in the family Chrysopidae known as Lacewings and there are hundreds if not thousands of types all over the World. They lay eggs on plants and the caterpillars eat insects like aphids. So they are good guys. I love Google. I knew they were Lacewings the rest is all google. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, That is a lot of molds and I need new glasses or a bigger monitor. sigh.. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, You scared me with the story. How did they find you? Really glad it was not the Men in Black or worse. Keep us updated on what happened after you met them and talked. On the hammers. I had sent him some photos of hammers on the net and he got the right idea from the bolt in the end of the hammer idea I had so he was going to make the Head or striker part smaller. I haveby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I hope everything is good, it sounds good. I hate being dilated it messes me up for 24 hours. Keep in touch. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Kurt, Great, PM on the way.by LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Kurt, I am retired so lots of time and no real life. ha ha .. Lots of small fixes like I said, so many tests after the fixes and I have not shot for many years. I did not want to shoot even a rat till I felt I could put a pellet where I need it. The China copy of the scope is useless over 4 power but at 4 it holds zero. The last 200 or so pellets I got a scale and sorted by weight. That stby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, When the rain lets up I will go shoot rats and post. You proved to me that I do not have the base knowledge to really troubleshoot, repair, and tune an airguns. Simple stuff maybe. But I could have guessed the wrong way too. Here the airguns are copies of copies with very low grade parts and nothing is interchangeable except the main valve and those are not really all the sameby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary and All, It has been raining everyday but I have been shooting at a covered range and have put the first 500 pellets through it I feel it is shooting well enough to take rats and I know how it shoots. Had some tuning issues I fixed by dumb luck and a good guess. (had a 50/50 chance) Thought I had a good basic understanding of what goes on with hammer, springs, valve, pressure, barrelby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Stunning work. I know you build them to use and carry but putting that into a jeans pocket seems wrong to me somehow. I love looking it. It will not last long on the site. Great work as always. Larryby LarryinAsia - Gary's Galleries
Gary, Glad the family and Fritz are safe. We have had rain everyday now 10 days. The ground is past soaked so anything that hits now runs off. No winds or storms just that time of year here. Nice you got missed. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Wow, I wish knew about 1/4 of what you do about airguns. Gary, I leave the scope on 3 or 4 and never zoom it. I never use the lighted reticle. Like you said these are a bit on the big cross hairs which is what I like for what I using the gun for. Great ideas and help, thanks so much. I guess I am lucky the pellet does not hit the moderator and I checked inside and the few pellby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I tried that once on a 6" sheath that needed repair. How do you make it look easy? I gave up on mine. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Shot the backwards local made pellets at 15 yards and they did not shoot keyhole but the holes seemed a bit bigger than forward shot pellets. Since this gun is 18 food pounds or so it makes shooting in straw roofed sheds and light bamboo walls dangerous. So the backwards pellet will really help. Thanks I did not know that. It has been raining everyday here for last 3 days, aboutby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
