Kurt, Well I tried. ha ha ... But I don't think he will fall for it.. More photos tomorrow (my time) with the scope mounted. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Looks very interesting. Want to trade for a barley used .22 CO2 pellet gun (with no serial numbers) and China made Bushnell scope? ha ha Sigh I guess not. Shipping there with a screw on Moderator would really make it fun... NOT. Cannot wait to see them finished. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hey Lon, I have seen photos and video of some nice looking guns here. I have never seen a big bore made here in person but the photos and video look great. They make a Dump shot gun and the video on that looks wild. I lucked out since all the .22 airguns here are made from .223 barrels I don't have to hunt and try a bunch of pellets the pellets are made for these barrels and twist they sby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, These Pellets are really hard I heard they use wheel weights and old US Military lead from the shotgun range and the regular ranges. I borrowed a scale and I found these pellets are 17.1 average. So 17.1 grains moving at 695 fps is 18.35 Foot Pounds of Energy. Wow that is more than I guessed and a bit more than I need. We see guys in Europe shooting 50 meters with a sub 12 foot pby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary and everyone, I have been In Asia a longtime and the only pellet gun I had was a toy pump up .177 but it blew out. Got a chance at this one and took it. I got this .22 CO2 (really .223 more later) at an airgun shop when the very, very, upset Father returned it because his Son used his College money to buy it and being a kid he shot out a picture window the first day. It cost the Sonby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Hope the kids are OK, watch your home insurance. Water? At least no Gators... Hope they are OK. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Marry Christmas to the whole clan. Cleaning up Squirrel DNA does not sound like fun. I am having a close miss by a Typhoon for added Christmas excitement. No problems or damage here. OK, One more time, "Merry Christmas to you and yours". Kurt, Thanks but the typhoon will be just North of me and do major damage up there. But the winds today are 15mph to 30mph and should go up a bit. Rain is on and off as the storm passes about 250 to 300 miles North of me. So keeping a foam ant on the water would be bit of a challenge to my sub par fly fishing skills. I can re-schedule next month. It is Christmas day here now aboutby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I had a feeling this was not going to turn out well for you or the rodent. You never do things small do you? Big Move, Big Air Guns, big war with a Robin, and now the Squirrel wars. I loved it. I know laughing at your misfortune is bad taste and I am sorry, but it was fun to read.. Not to clean up after but fun to read. Well be glad it did not chew the main power lines or woby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Looking at the shooting pics.. Very nice ... those poor suffering steel groundhogs. Looked like a real Blast for all. Glad you all had fun. Sigh.. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Kurt, My Dad used to tie on the tailgate of the old 66 Chevy pickup and he flipped rocks too. I have to admit that grasshopper knees are way above my skills and needs. Gary was laughing at me when I was fishing a little used grow out cement fish pond here. They feed the fish pellets so they take anything at all that hits the water and floats. But my joke to Gary to how to "match the hby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Only you could see the pioneers sitting in the dark trying fly's that look like fish pellets from the future without a vice or tools. Cracked me up. Thanks for the smiles you always see life a bit out of Phase and I like that. Ask Kurt he will tell you always "Match the Hatch" or the food pellet. Gary, Those are art. Really good work to Kurt and Jake. Fish laugh at mine. sigh Gary at least this time I won't be fishing in the fish farm grow out pond with fly's tied to look like fish pellets. Looks like your B day was a nice kick back day. Good for you. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Happy Birthday Gary, Hey Gary and Kurt it is 81 F at 7:34 am 12/6/2016 in Dumaguete Philippines. Wireless speakers?? What is next phones with no wires?? Great photos Gary but the fire looks a bit hot for me here. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hey Kurt, I saw fly's you tied and they were art. Mine are not art but seem to work some. Yes all the sunfish family is a riot on a fly rod and I love to catch them. Here we have US Sunfish in several lakes. This lake has also has local fish and tilapia. The tilapia can get to 5 pounds but most caught there are about 1.5 pounds tops and a real ball to catch on a fly rod. Those we can catcby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, That is a bunch of family to enjoy and spend time with, I know the food will be great too. I just hope you do not have to remove all the sharp things from all the shops and child proof them. That would be a job. I am in Central Philippines and this year Christmas day is predicted to be 75 f to 86 f. If all goes right I will go fly fishing in a fresh water lake protected and appoby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I saw a quote on the net. "Getting old is not for Sissy's" I know we both get it. Glad it went well. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

Gary, Tuesday Morning here in Asia and that means 7:15 pm Western Florida panhandle time. Just here to let you know I am sending good vibes and prayers your way that all went well. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I agree with Kurt two of my Dad's knives dried out. They were not expensive or rare but they were his. But we all get older and crack and fade.. OUCH. I know if anyone can get a handle on making it work you can. Good luck.by LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Keeping a balanced Eco System in a basement disco is always important. ha ha ... I think the drunk dancers can get around the small animals but the Rino's might cause a clean up problem. His help did find two holes that rats were using as a highway. We plugged them with Cement and set 6 rat traps. My work is done here. ha ha .. Take care, Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Kurt, Thanks I am glad I am OK too. Glad Gary just had a burnt wire. Yes translations are funny here because we get so much stuff from China and lots of used cars and equipment from Japan and the instructions are so funny and just so wrong. I was called to a dance club a few weeks ago doing repair on wires chewed off by rats.. Yup I mean rats eat the wires inside the club. I put tby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, If it burned a wire at the house then you were... dang close... too close.. . Mine here in the Philippines was out for a week lightning hit the walk in metal box that takes the fiber and converts it to Wire to be sent around the subdivision. Now in the USA they often run the fiber right near the house in the ground or on a pole. This is not as good but way cheaper. Lightning hiby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Kelly, Belated Happy Birthday. I had to re-install windows and lost all my passwords and it just took about a week to get it to work. Just got on a few minutes ago. I wish you many more. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Glad you did not get hit... But I have a question.. Was that a live or dead chicken you waved over it.. Could have been the problem. At least after the storm you modem still worked.. Win Win.. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, That green Florida green yuk turned them into land shrimp?? Strange. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Great stuff I love to see it ... That is a stick insect they are cool and harmless.. They are a sought after food by many of the creatures around you (even the cats) that is why they are moving so slow and wearing their best camo. ha ha .. Love the tree stump bet it is wild at twilight. Be safe, Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, my bad sorry to the entire forum. Is it really that bad now? I would get in trouble. Take care I am tired was a strange day. Larryby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, I forgot about all the new rules. Are they the same people who changed SHIT HAPPENS to DO DO OCCURS ??????? The USA has changed so much ha ha ha .. I better stay here. I am afraid my lack of a filter between brain and mouth might cause me to have to have my foot removed from my mouth or end up in court. Sigh.. Gary things have changed.. Guys, Gary it does sound like an Angel came down and walked the deal through the way you wrote it. Cracked me up. The chip had a number in English because they make that is a power distribution chip for thousands of devices in the real world. Gary I just don't write you when this does not work and I toss the item in the dump. We all love it when a plan comes together and works. I knowby LarryinAsia - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
