Those bison may be an increasingly rare species around your parts, but their parts sure look great.

The blueing looking perfect and, I'm sure,is very wear-resistant.
ButThe most impressive things, as for me, are carved welds.
It is very good idea to convert the common tech solution into artwork.
I've never thought of this before.
Usually, I try to grind weld smoth... it's just my poor imagination, may be..

That is seriously pretty. The boys before me are dead on. Those bison pieces are amazing.

Wish I had more time and energy. There's soooo many things I'd like to make. And so much more detail I could add. However; it seems 2/3 of our lives are spent just trying to get things off our back, so we CAN work. Green bowing

Gary is it harder to carve wood with hard grain or metal with welds ?

Carving steel is an order of magnitude more difficult than any wood.
