Fun. The Apple one looks like a cruise missle coming in. The Tangerine video is neat because the slug is visible longer. Garyby barnespneumatic - Video Library
Gosh, I didn't know that myself. More info. please. How do you add a video like yours? Garyby barnespneumatic - Video Library

Yes - there's a "balance" between the back pressure holding the valve closed, and the mechanism designed to open the valve briefly. With more "pre-load" on the mainspring, and a greater hammer travel, Jerry's gun has plenty of "omph" to open the valve at higher pressures. However; for the purpose of shooting shot and quiet, Jerry has chosen to throw the balance somewhat off. By having the sprby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
What pig head? What are you trying to say Dory??? Yeah ... that's the first one I shot - probably 02. I've shot three. Just mounted that one. The buffalo, I just kept the skull. White skull with the horn caps in place. Garyby barnespneumatic - I'm just sayin'
Hey Rob, You can point the muzzle OUTdoors. That works. Jerry does it all the time. Certainly - add any content you feel appropiate. We enjoy . I have thousands of pics, but I don't want to saturate the forum with me. However; nature hates a vaccum. ;?) So, you guys have to fight back. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Thanks Dan, They'll be pre-mature. Have to stay in the hospital for some time. We'll see how the pic taking opportunities present themselves. ;?) Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
An additional factor which is relative: the gun has a hammer that's not only adjustable for spring pressure, but adjustable for hammer stroke too. There's a number of ways Jerry can set up the gun. What he's doing here is just a quick and dirty way of adjusting the tune for the purpose of easy/quiet shooting. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Neil, Those are excellent groups. Well done. Those will be hard to beat! Garyby barnespneumatic - The Target Trophy Lodge
Would depend upon the color. Some things, with just some clear lacquer applied with a 3 hair brush. Or the appropriate color. You cannot generate a new layer of anodizing without ruining what's there. It's very, very tough. Literally glass hard, so it does not scratch easily. Garyby barnespneumatic - Gary's Galleries
Hello Dan, Great Avatar! haha. ASAP. Can't wait for the help. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Good man ... I forgot about that. And ... I have one in Black I forgot too .... I'll post it. Garyby barnespneumatic - Gary's Galleries
Thought I'd show you a different technique I use on my billet aluminum parts. Hard Color Anodizing forms a glass hard protective layer from the outer layer of aluminum material. It transforms it into aluminum oxide (which you may have seen written on the back of your sandpaper). Aluminum Oxide itself, is glass clear. For a brief moment in time, after it's formed, the cellular structure can beby barnespneumatic - Gary's Galleries

Guys, That IS the new chair! Barely five years old now. If I get too comfortable, I'll go to sleep. hehe. What I really need is a massive unit with carved dragon head posts. Hummm. But ... as with any good idea, it doesn't end there. I'd need a far bigger shop to contain it, and the other needs. Jerry and Jim can attest to the fact that I have a "single file" shop. And, turnby barnespneumatic - Gary's Galleries
Hi Karl, You bet. It's been a very stressful pregnancy with complications. Thank God for the state of medical care today. We're praying everyone will be well. It now seems so. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Yes ... the 420 grain slug if I recall. It was still rising at 25 yards and falling at 50 ... for the same POI I suppose. Made it fun to pound steel targets with. Garyby barnespneumatic - Gary's Galleries

Hello Neil, They have nothing but energy and are fearless. I spend my time trying to keep them from getting hurt. Kelly and I put our two families together 20 years ago. We thus raised 5 teenagers at once. 5, less than a year apart. It was .... never boring. Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Yeah Jerry, Let's see if the deer are as kind to Jim, when THEY have the guns. As soon as they realize it's better inside .... Jim may regret ....by barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
This was a nice project. A 62 caliber smoothy carbine. Around 420 fpe I think I recall. I found this pic of the entire gun and edit to place it in here. Sculpting the Mahogany stock blank, for ambidextrous grip. I use mainly rotary pneumatic tools to carve. Subject matter is a primative hunter ... a Woodsman. Within a day or two, we will be having twin grandsons join our family. Our son Cortney and his wife Jodi. Grandchildren 10 and 11. (Recall, our daughter had triplets three years ago. Multiples run in Kelly's family). Today, I made a couple of "twin boys" yard signs for there and here. They're coming along not a moment too soon either. I'm gonna need some help! Hey Lon, I think you're on to something there. I probably need something that smells like french fries and gravy ... or maybe car tires and auto exhaust! hahah. Garyby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Well, here I sit with foot warmers taped to my socks .... Just to make my humiliation complete, I dressed in camo, sprayed down with "no scent", and went out and warmed a patch of ground between two vine covered shrubs ... near the intersection of several game trails you could ride motorcycles on. No ... ... but I did manage to see the black house cat once again. Three trips afieldby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp

Hi Keith, Welcome to the Rendezvous! It's turning out nice. Glad you joined us. Yeah ... the War Wagon has gotten me into the field on occasions when I'd never have started dragging tubs of "stuff" to the truck for set up at the range.
