Thanx guys. Much appreciated.by Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
Back to Barnes' initial post/point.....i 100% agree. There always soooooooo many lurkers and yet no one ever sais anything. I have said this time and time again on most airgun forums. People just look and have NOTHING to say. Heck, i even welcome newcomers when they join and say their first hello. IT HELPS. And Gary is right, it takes a TON of time to shoot for 8 hours then drive home 1.5 hby Tofazfou - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
OK jerry, i will try and get a pic of the bag. Yeah, nothing was written on the bag. Those slugs are REAAAAALY nice looking. You guys do great work. I will get the pic to you. I really think they were 102 grain.by Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
Jerry, I shot 2 of those slugs tonight. They are 100 grains right? I forgot the weight.. They went 610 FPS off of a 2500 psi fill. The 45 gr .310 Roundballs went 920 Fpsby Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
Gary,................he he he he he......no, i did not apply finish over my car. He he he. My buddy asked me the same question. I applied it on a bench in my garage but just hung it there. There is an overhead pipe running through my garage so it makes the perfect place to hang things when they need to dry. Jerry, yes, i cannot wait to shoot your ammo through her. I'm constantly checkingby Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
Gary, I agree. I have been taught that a good gun needs GOOD glass. But leupold and swarvoski are WAAAAAAY outta my price range. I watch a lot of hunting shows and it amazes me how many TV HUNTERS have 1500+ dollars glass on their 400 dollars powderburners. There is nothing wrong with High Dollars glass if you have the money to burn but, what makes an airgun unique is that it has no recoilby Tofazfou - Video Library
After having to work some unexpected overtime and night hours...i finally got the chance to FINISH my TIGERWOOD stock for my new JACK HALEY .32 PCP. The JH .32 PCP is basically a QB action with beefier parts and a H.P.A. (high pressure air) airtube installed to make it a PCP instead of CO2. The barrel is a 24" - .32 caliber barrel which has a .312" groove and .306" bore with a 1-22" twist mby Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
Gary, Yeah, Jerry charges me about 5 bucks a slug......he he he. Also, i was telling alot of people about the SIMMONS cause NATCHESSZ had them for like 69.00 and no one was buying them. I have like 4 of them on different guns. They are gone now i believe. Everybody kept buying the BUSHNELL 4200's and spending 500+ dollars. All i could do is shake my head and laugh.by Tofazfou - Video Library
Welp Jerry, On his guns he uses a pretty small port hole to begin with. The port holes are stepped and there is a gasket that goes into the port holes and seals the rushing air between the airtube and barrel. More of a transfer port. Well, i can't make the hole too much bigger cause then the transfer port will fall into the airtube and there is not that much material that can be removed. Aby Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
love those SLLLLOOOOOOOWWWWWW MOOOO videos jerry. Very nice man. That air shotgun is soooo cool. Please keep making them videos.by Tofazfou - Video Library
Sepeteus, The barrel IS a muzzle loading barrel from Track of the Wolf.com It is .454 caliber and a hair over 24" You can order the barrels by the inch. They do not come BLUED they are in the white (not blued or finished).by Tofazfou - Video Library
Let me see here......... 1. Opened up all port holes to .210" and cleaned them up . Stock was like .170". 2. Polished internals. All of them. 3. Added 90 grs of weight to the Hammer 4. Used Heavier/Stronger Main spring 5. Set trigger to 1 lb pull 6. Replaced barrel band with better unit 7. Reshaped Valve stem for a better flow 8, Worked on newby Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
The scope is a SIMMONS 6x24x50mm will mildots. Was not expensive at all. Natchessz was giving them away.by Tofazfou - Video Library
A while back i ordered a Jack Haley .32 cal QB PCP. I then ordered a nice stock for her which i have to FINISH myself: Stock and Action together: Morgan Adjustable Butt pad for the stock: Bipod installed on stock b4 adding finish to stock: 1st coat of Sealer on stock: I have since been tuning and modding the gun with much success. I have her pushing .310 roundbalby Tofazfou - The Picture Gallery
Had a chance to get out and shoot and to test out some new Devastator .45 caliber 200 gr HP's made by SUREFIRE. The accuracy was pretty good even though my gun would prefer them in .454". But, at 50 yrds i managed to shoot a 1.5" group which shows how well made they are. I had no problem hitting water filled bottles and other various targets out to 60 yrds. These slugs would perform WELL on Dby Tofazfou - Video Library
