PPP.... PROPER!!!!! wading you say?? By Golly! A US nickel is a FINE wadding, if'n ya asks mah 'pinion. Thomas Jefferson must be spinning in his grave ..... Now ... if anybody has a 1913 Liberty Nickel, I'll gladly trade that for a lifetime supply of Kent's old fiber wads. Seems a generous offer to me ... Now Kent ... are you saying that the Nickel is gonna come out the baby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Yeah ... that's it. Hey Jerry ... Have you left me any molds that will size to .457? Cedric has already had some Raptors. He might need some of those 900 grain .457s ... wink. If he had a "real" barrel, he could try our .465"s - hahah. I know ... what about the 45 Peppergrinder? I know there's two or three molds left in the mold cabinet ... ... I can have a look around. shouldn't taby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Hi Donny, Sure are ... those are yours. I'm on the ledger for a Justice ... but "I" don't have one. Gary Hey - where did everybody else go?by barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Let's start with these photos, in a "how to" order. I think it will be clear. Here's the tools, and a completed shell of 1,091 grains of 30 pcs. of #2 buckshot. The delrin mandrel, has a bottom lip on it. It's diameter is determined to allow using index card stock for the shell casing. I've allowed for a slight overlapping joint, and scotchtape to bind that. Card stock is used sby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

Was just a small toad. I was intrigued by the camo. It disappears in the camera lens. When processing the pics ... if I play with the saturation and contrast ... the toad's camo STILL remains. It's exactly the same colors and reflectivity of the surroundings. Neat. Oh - BTW ... the front page showed NO new posts. I found two here, on this thread alone. Thanks Jim, Just got your mail. Had already posted here when I noticed the correction. Garyby barnespneumatic - I'm just sayin'
Oh ... no trouble. I always have "Desperation" at the ready! Drop of the hat. hahah. Garyby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Hi Neil, That's one I did miss ... Thanks for pointing it out. If anything else seems to have been overlooked ... let me know. Garyby barnespneumatic - I'm just sayin'
OK ... I'll pack the shop and get it on a plane ... asap! Thanks for the results! GAryby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
You got it Joe and Cedric! I wish so too. It's frustrating that the few of us who shoot and post, are so scattered around. There are a bunch of my guns out there, but all I get to concentrate on are the ones that aren't yet complete. It's very encouraging to see them being used for an enjoyable outing. I always hope the next one, will be used and shared. Guess what we have it the foby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Oh ... what you said!!! hahah. Anyway ... if I had shot a frog ... I'd have shown the "tusks". Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Just an update. As of about 2pm Eastern Jim, the forum seemed back up to normal speed. The ultra slow drag ended. Garyby barnespneumatic - I'm just sayin'
Well Cedric, You should have gotten the Barnes Decoder Ring .... We only talk about that stuff when we lower the "Cone of Silence". It's really awkward in the War Wagon too. The darn thing takes up a lot of ceiling space. We all do have fun at the range. Always very good when I have something that needs testing at the same time. I guess it saves ya the time of "cleaning them" ... say what? Hey Ced ... how are you enjoying your Casio? Have you found other uses for it? I think it's a good camera. Garyby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Had to duplicate that pic here! Just to the right of the war wagon, you see a plastic table standing on edge. That was my laser reflector. The rangefinder holds the numerals for a second or so ... my aim on the table yielded the 200 yard marker ... but my hold sagged a triffle before the shutter of the camera fell. If you ever try this little feat ... put the camera on macro setting.by barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Interesting, Yeah ... that would take a wheel. It would be a nice little lathe project for you. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes! Garyby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Wow - what a mess. See - I told you before Neil, haha, bullets will fly in the rain. hahaha. Garyby barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
Don't miss going over to the Hunting Camp for a couple of good posts and pics. My Home page numbers are endlessly screwed up. They don't show what's posted - or give an accurate view of new comments. Jerry has said he's seeing the same thing on his rig. It's been that way for me for several months. We don't know how to fix it. Only thing we can do is to check around the forums, and see ifby barnespneumatic - I'm just sayin'
Yep ... I saw the groundhog's tail (thru my scope) - vertical, waving a slow surrender thru the grassy stubble up on the hill. That was quite a good pc. of scope work with the 18 power simple cross hairs. Jerry was just estimating a percentage of vertical post showing for that distance. Hey - Jerry ... I just thought. We both have to get set up with wheels on top and elevation charts.by barnespneumatic - The Hunting Camp
I got out to the range yesterday. Jerry came up to shoot, and make sure I was doing his Yukon correctly. We started out having to wait for an hour or more, while the farm hands finished harvesting the field we shoot in. They had quite a system; a twin axle dual wheel truck, with high sides, perfectly matched the ground travel of the self propelled flail chopper which was picking up the winby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

BTW, You would NOT have wanted to have me working on your airgun after a couple of hours of fighting the computer. So; finding Kelly in need of help with the cake was good therapy. Cakes are easier than steel. Who knew? Garyby barnespneumatic - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
One of my grandsons has his 2nd birthday today. We are going to dinner and a party. Kelly and I made a cake for him. It's now firming up in the freezer. In addition to that ... I spent the morning fooling with computers. We've changed our internet access, and I was simply attempting to swap out the modem, and hook my wireless network back up. Hey Jerry, I see you finally dragged yourself in here. haha. Work get in the way ... again? What's this about you and a super model being in the case in the woods? Glad you like the work.
