Nah, even space traveling airgun gnomes only get 3 days....3 DAYS!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
It's never changed has it? It's like a rerun of all the posts from years ago where we asked folks to just tell us about pulling the trigger on an airgun of any origin! There's great content here many pages down but nowadays, if it isn't on the front page of google results, it doesn't exist! I know I got fed up with working hours to set-up, film, and document a post just to feel like I fillby Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
The additional metal caught my eye immediately. I thought from the picture that the text might be about the tooling but was happy to read the explanation. Thanks for posting that.by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
The VA scandal has me even more ticked off with government than ever. And I work for the government... I'm just sickened that our politicians continue to be so darn stupid that they think the only way to get anything done better is to throw more money at it. It's an easy solution, you can quote someone saying the "fix" will cost money and then just assume the "fix" will be implemented if youby Jerry - I'm just sayin'
Gary has very special buffing compound! (Told Ya Rotor!)by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
The mold is here and the lead is heating! The mold and handles look like a fine tuned watch and feel the same. A current order will be completed tonight. Nothing like putting a tool in service right away!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Ahhhh, that'll buff right out, you watch and see!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Timmy will soon be dropping hundreds of slugs from this tool at single sittings. He is SOOOO eager to get his hands on this! For very good reasons, most mold/handles have compromises. It may just take too long to wait on precision handles so commercial handles with slop and variation get used. Or, to save time and cost, a reconfigurable mold is used for multiple slug sizes. Good work lumberjack! Oh, the mold looks great too!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Gary, Just scratch a "1" in that bar and you'll be OK. As Lee Trevino can attest, even God can't hit a 1 iron!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

Happy Mother's day Kelly! I'm sure you'll love your new pendant, my mom, my stepmom and Lauren all love theirs!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Gary! Thanks for posting and sorry for the cast iron request...probably, the juice isn't worth the squeeze! Anyhow, it must be an interesting transition to go from dirt moving to metal cutting. My day wasn't great but going from fighting one stupid idea to fighting another stupid idea is not that big a transition!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Well, the last festivus was awesome! Kent, sent you a PM, Timmy is checking molds right now. He's found two and I sent him to the scale!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Who'd have thought you'd become a leading consumer of dirt?by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
What, you use it as a club? I have hundreds to thousands of rounds though my guns without need of rework. I'd recommend a machete for getting through the brush!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Let's see if I remember.. Had something to do with hot lead through a die and a spinning knife... no that's not it...I'll ask around!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Yeah, my Barnes guns are supposed to be too pretty to shoot... Turns out, they are the only ones I shoot!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Good thing we have lead in stock! Probably need to order more...by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum

Yes, the weather here is nice right now. There is about an inch of pollen on everything but the weather is mild. Hopefully, the non-allergic are touring BPN right now!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Hi Kent! Timmy is out riding my stupid powerful dirt bike right now but I'll figure out an answer to your PM ASAP, expect tomorrow. Timmy will be happy to cast big bore again! We'll have to chat about the .25 plan.by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
I fully expect that it won't be long before defenses against rain storms that don't depend on sand/clay will be poured.by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
All the best, thinking of you both...by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Timmy is looking forward to that, like you!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
When Timmy came back to casting, he got a huge influx of pent up demand. I think that's over and he has filled the big rush. That means he can move on to other orders and hopefully, that includes owners of Barnes guns that will shoot the slugs we have molds for (a good number). After AJ stopped casting (he's part timing for Timmy now), I dragged my feet packaging and returning all of Gary's (aby Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
Should be done by now...I'd say about 19 hours before you're authorized to operate "heavy" machinery again. That's enough time for a nap, a show and back to work!by Jerry - Airgun Rendezvous Main Forum
